For the preorders - they will ship in October (2019) and arrive in approx. 3-5 days domestic; 7-14 international. After October (2019), orders will take approx. 7-10 days

We will replace any parts that malfunction within the first year, as long as it's not due to negligence. This does not pertain to the normal wear and tear of the backpack or umbrella due to time.

Umbre has different components – you can ship back the broken piece, without the
hassle of returning the entire Umbre pack. -

Yes, when you get to a place that you can deploy and put out your umbrella to dry, you
should. -
It depends on where you are at and what is most comfortable for you. If you don’t want it
deployed right away, then you may want to wait to deploy it or if you are in an area with
a lot of people you may want it deployed before you put it on so all can see it. But the
most important thing is that you are safe doing so and again that you are comfortable. -
Our water proof pocket will keep all the water from your umbrella contained in the pocket

Yes, it works for both Hot and Cold drinks.

There is specific pocket for all of your items such as cell phone pocket and the insulated
pocket for hot and cold drinks and a ipad pocket and a pocket for any of your accessories
and you can pack a jacket or anything alike in the large compartment where the umbrella
is installed. -
